How a Be Bilingual Spanish Proficiency Assessment Works:

Our assessment evaluates functional speaking and comprehension proficiency in a business environment. This assessment can be performed in person or on the telephone. The assessment is tailored to the company’s or corporations particular needs or industry requirements.

Assessments may last up to 30 minutes. Prior to the evaluation, an appointment is required 24 hours in advance.

Be Bilingual will then provide a quantitative and qualitative written report, which is emailed or faxed to the client.

The assessments may be conducted in English or Spanish.
How Be Bilingual Determines the Level of Spanish Speaking Proficiency:
Our proficiency criteria are determined using the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFRL). The CEFRL describes what a learner is supposed to be able to do in reading, listening, speaking and writing at each level.

Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need. |

Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst traveling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans. |

I really enjoyed the group Spanish lessons. It was a great way to learn a new language and interact with other people. It gave us the opportunity to learn as we helped each other out as well!
The book was easy to follow and good for individuals or groups. The instructor was great and made the class fun! I looked forward to my classes each week! It is a very professional organization and I highly recommend the (Corporate) group lessons!
