The English language hails as the most widely taught foreign language in the world, one of the most widely spoken native language in the world, and is recognized as the international language of science and business.
English relies mainly on word order (usually subject-verb-object) to indicate relationships between words. Written in the Latin alphabet, it most closely resembles the Frisian, German, and Dutch language.
We link the emergence of English with the migration of the Jutes, Angles, and Saxons from Germany and Denmark to Britain in the 5th and 6th centuries; whereas, modern English dates from the 1500’s.
As with most languages, English is an ever-evolving form of communication easily borrowing words from other languages, and coining many new words to reflect advances in technology.
Be Bilingual has successfully taught language skills to students for almost 20 years. In addition, our instructors are incredibly skilled college graduates and native speakers.
Be Bilingual’s courses cater to individuals, as well as those in the corporate setting. Each session runs at least 90-minutes in length. Students may schedule as often as they wish, though we recommend at least two 90-minute sessions per week to maximize retention.
I really enjoyed the group Spanish lessons. It was a great way to learn a new language and interact with other people. It gave us the opportunity to learn as we helped each other out as well!
The book was easy to follow and good for individuals or groups. The instructor was great and made the class fun! I looked forward to my classes each week! It is a very professional organization and I highly recommend the (Corporate) group lessons!
